It was the case already during beta. EU players are 4th rate customers. We get no service, our concerns are not heard and we pay more than USA and Australia players.

It's no point whining. As long as money keeps rolling in (and it does, especially from Europe) GOA and especially Mythic couldn't care less. Personally I don't care anymore. The game is great, and I'll look for information and feedback on the US sites. Eventually I will be pissed enough with the lack of service and vote with my feet, but I haven't got there yet. However, voting by walking in masses is the only thing that could possibly change GOA and Mythic stance on the matter.

Don't envy Australian players. Broadband is Oz is behind Europe, in my (admittedly slightly outdated) experience. And unless they have servers physically located in Australia, lag will be a significant problem.

Damn it, why didn't anyone ever do that when I lived in Oz and had broadband?

I've long since given up on influencing GoA.
I gave up when I got to know that I'm going to subsidize the UK players and have currency risk involved in my payments.
