Well, lets say it like this.
The current upgrades we have will be equivalent to about lvl5 in the future. You will probably make less isk/h than a lvl3 agent in high...
Grayscale did give solid numbers (he might have deleted them and will change his mind) but they were something like this:
1. Good space ~0.7-> is boosted
2. decent space ~0.4 - 0.7 is left reasonably unchanged
3. bad space 0.2 - 0.4 is severly nerfed
4. useless space 0 - 0.2 is nerfed to oblivion
For anything below 0.4 iirc ALL high end anomalies get removed. So the hubs we get now will only be at lvl4 and 5... They usually don't have any battleships.
The given reason has nothing to do with the economy (and tbh that would be idiotic as the same amount of isk was made pre dominion in lvl4s... so there is no increase in inflation)
They are claiming this will mean less stable coalitions (in what damn way??? the coalition hold basically only strategic systems AND 0.7 amd up... its only renters that hold the ones below...)
They are claiming it will give new alliances more opportunities... thats rich... In what way? Lets hypothesize our 2 systems are empty, -a- have no interest in them for anything. Does ANYONE think they would allow a small alliance to set up shop there?
As soon as the tcu goes online a mail will come to the director of the alliance stating "you have claimed sov in a system under our control, relinquish it immediately and pay 10bn to get a temporary blue status"
And if you refuse 20 SC will come visiting and blow you to smithereens. Or if they remove the capitals completely 300 battleships...
So the ONLY thing this does is force the little guy to bend over further and given that I think 2bn for the shit systems we have is rich... well...
