Im thinking about generating a vote between my alts, for an issue of more shares in the corp, than selling them to members to raise us some capital and get the members feeling like it acually is their corp?

I'd also reduce the shares held by my alts too

Well my alts and the corp have 2k between them, im looking at returning 1k or so of those and issuing another 1k.  So 2k share offer at 10million a share? Withit an ongoing thing, people buy in as they see they can afford too. Means I am in a position to be voted out of the CEo role by a majority, and also means should I ever press the dividend button I cant run off with all the money!

As a sweetner offer a dividend from the master wallet of x% every 6months too   Almost like the share stuff on the market forum, but less involved and more of an inhouse thing

Ok.  That sounds reasonable and would raise the potential wallet of the corp tp around 20b should the 2k be sold (unlikely but..)
I'd suggest aiming for 3 monthly payouts (people can picture a 3 month timeframe better than a 6 monthly) and the provision that shareholders offer shares they wish to sell to within the corp first.

Instead of the payout from the master wallet - can we collapse Station Rents & factory jobs into 1 wallet and create a Shareholders payout wallet?
Then just come up with a process of assigning x% from sales into the shareholders wallet.

It gives people something simple they can view wrt dividend payouts.

So, moved shares about. Mang now has 1k, vote is in for another 1k to be issues leaving the corp holding 2k for the Share Offering.

Post for it will be ready either late late this evening or tomorrow evening Mentioned in chat earlier, so people have an idea about it.

Not sure if directors as well as shareholders get a vote, but if you do at all, then just say yes

Just incase you missed it in chat lastnight, my preference for the current offering stash is on Cap ship stuff.  Lets actually get making stuff and what not.

We have around 9 weeks to deal with the DS thingmabob and that is an isk-sink, rather than something that can make us a return, which is where I'd sooner the wallet is for the time being.

Ok - I'll check what the next most useful BPO will be but we're still short a little short for one - they're between 1.1 & 1.3b each for something with decent research.

I have enough personal isk for a small POS, a weeks fuel and some guns - so I'll probably set one up in WMH in the next day or so - so we can mine Bistot, Crokite, Dark Ochre from there and Ark from the system next door.  4hrs solo mining will give us enough Zyd & Mega for a carrier - and that'll allow us to start pushing out ships.

I've chatted with a guy from SS & RR (the sov holding alliance) in the WMH system and he's dropped a mail to the diplomat.
Their diplo is US TZ - so I'll try to grab them when they're online.

I tried to get access to Minotaur via SOT but there's a ton of red tape involved. I've also dropped the PL diplo a message via their forums to see if I can get access via them.  I'm not holding my breath though - hence WMH being the main option currently.

While WMH isn't a great system for mining (it only has 1 belt) - it's sov 2 (and hence Cap jumpable) & it's next door to another with a decent number of belts & Ark.
