Massive sov loss by lots of alliances

Seems there has been some hickup/bug/etc with sov:

Goons have lost a shitload of sov and several others have as well.

I wonder if this is true then could it be as simple as someone didnt get used to new mechanics yet?

Seems to be indications that the goonies are relocating to Syndicate hehe.

Rather interesting.
From what I know it seems that the alliances that have failed to adapt and lost a lot of space (Pl/Goons) are primarily US tz while the gainers have been primarily EU tz.
