We will be using sections on NERF's forum.  Please register and apply for the MAADI group, rest of your access should be sorted following that.

Also bookmark www.beyond-control.net  as that will be the alliance website once its all done etc.

If memory serves its under User Control Panel and then Usergroups in the options panel at the left hand side.
