Try a Neutralizer or maybe a Rocket Launcher for that empty high?

Also for extra added survivability, replace one of the webs with an MSE (T1 meta level 4 will do it I think)?

The problem with a neut is that it has a range of 6.5km, well within smartbomb range iirc.
I try to orbit at around 9km which also keeps my speed up a fair bit.

Large T2 smartbombs have a range of 6000m, so will be tricky at least

For some reason the alliance FC's want ceptors to have a 200mm plate on them, can't for the life of me understand why. It negates a large portion of the agility and makes fitting it even tighter.
Nor does it really affect the survivability imo, sure doubles the armour but 1k armour (2.6k ehp) compared to 0.5k and 1.7k ehp isn't much in the grand scheme of things.
