I have some basic ones, also got a new one from EVE-O - havent looked at it yet, but it might fit the bill for all your needs. I shall take a look later on and host it somewhere if it does the job

will i work from main wallet?
ship purchase program wallet is pretty empty, or is that just for purchase of ships by members with an overflow to mineral purchase?

Main Wallet for BPC's/O's etc

Members when they purchase will pay TO the Ship Program.  Ship Program Wallet will be used to deal with insurance where we deal with that, proceeds from sale of any pvp loot and eventually be the place where bpo's/bpcs get purchased from (thats in the future obviously as its starting small)

Both of these positions are basically just overseer roles over the current stocks of ships (and relevant gear) covered by their respective programs. Keep track of who has purchased what and so on when it comes to the ships we charge a cost for. They shall also have corect access and permissions to purchase BC & BS bpc's for their programs, as well as the same for cruisers were we dont yet own the BPO's.

Obsolete: seems noone cares for this stuff. So, not wanting to occupy a 'position' that has no use, I step down from it.

Too small to be a tantrum, you havent emorage threatened to quit the corp or the game yet

But fair play to you and your decision, across the board the programs seem underutilised and people arent too aware and feeling like a 5th wheel in this regard, when you do put in a stack of effort (I really appreciate the thought that went into your recent posts regards the programs) and then seem ignored is again something I can understand. 

To think of all the isk I put into start them up. At least the corp owns a fair amount of bpo's I suppose, however useless they may be really!

Well, the pvp ship program still stands and ppl can still have their ships built by the corp (whether providing the mins himself, like I tend to do, or make use of the cheepo program), so dont think your ISK was a waste indeed.
It just seems that centralizing this stuff just doesnt work. I think ppl knocking on builders' doors individually seems the way to go. Fine! Back to ratting

One of the main generators of mins is away and I've been busy - it's mostly due to poor mineral supplies.
Expect it to change soon - we now have ore compression!

For me it has mostly been due to that I'd rather have the corp first get a solid foundation and steady income source first so haven't used it for that reason.

A little update...
The work ive been doing is hopefully coming to an end within the next 4 weeks so my random warp outs to other parts of the country should cease (for the time being anyway  )
My game plan for the next couple of months is as follows.
Get a Chalcocite and Sebnemm JC down into 0.0.
adjust Chalc's training to allow her to fit her hulk with a decent 0.0 tank and T2 light scouts.
finish Sebnemms orca pilot training (14 days) so she can fly one in 0.0, then train her to be able to use gang modules properly as a fleet booster and fit light scouts (unfortunately thats a further 3 months of training but can be done in 0.0 itself once she's there)
continue Hellfire and Odin's random 'oooo new shineys' training 
and most importantly of all......
In about 4 weeks when the job closes down begin regular mining in 0.0.  I will also post the trips on the webby in advance (those trips where i intend to be at it for several hrs rather than a random 30 mins log in here and there) to enable any who wish to join me to participate.
By then I hope to be in a position to be able to start building corp mineral stocks back up again. (and hence feel less like a spare dick at a wedding  which is how i see my contribution so far in 0.0)

I felt like "I don't want to burden the corp too much"..   I did get an harbringer made for me so

Maybe it's time to reevaluate this thing?

I was thinking of new positions:
- Hisec mining
- Hisec industry
- 0.0 (moon) mining
- 0.0 industry
- trade

but ofc its just an idea, feel free to poke around in it.
