We met up in Pashanai - although Hrodgar met us in New Eden - and wandered through AWFULLY quiet low sec to the system of New Eden, home of the EVE Gate (no not spacebook!). (Someone best have pictures from last night).
Once there, we oo'd and aaahh'd and then Elter found a helios sitting at the planet warp in, doing nothing. We tried to get his attention in local didnt work, so we all warped to him, that did nothing either. Soooo, after much umming and aahhing on Mangala's part, we opened up on him... (he wasnt blue to the BC guys so fair game!)
Jesus his fit was odd, but worse was going AFK in lowsec, even quiet lowsec. Although from position of cans, he may have been unclocked by them after warping cloaked and going afk... So even more his own fault
So we waited out our GCC (we didnt POD him I am not that stupid) and Swuul joined us - well he waited for us in Imya. We then moved to go and meet him.
Mangala then decided it would be fun to shoot a empty ibis on a gate. Mangala forgot about gate guns, Mangala lost his Taranis, and got another GCC. So everyone else carried on to IMYA, hitting a camp and bmankilla lost his ship to it - which was unlucky.
Eventually Mang reaches high sec and meets up with the rest of the fleet, reships and we set off to roam more lowsec. However it was deadly quiet, people either ran from us or were in lots of big ships, and our chances of surviving an engagement would be low. Ended up in Kador high sec, and it being gone 12am SERVER, we called it a night.
Overall it was good fun, revisiting the EVE gate and roaming with people in small fun ships and generally chatting on TS.
Although - we should ban americans. They hear the J word even when its not been spoken!!
