This is getting off topic, but my Mael fit will do for lvl 4's quite nicely. I think that for PvE, most minnie pilots will indicate the Mael as the ship to do L4s in. Unless you go for faction BSs or Marauders.

It is quite an adaptable fit, with all kind of things that can be swapped in or out, but this version does (with my skills):
- 574+ dps tank
- cap holds for nearly 7 minutes with everything running (pulsing booster and or AB means this boat is virtually cap stable)
- 342 dps without drones (I usually keep a mix of mediums (x5) and lights (x10 - 2x 5 of different races) to deal with frigs and cruisers)
- decent speed to keep BSs and most cruisers at good range for the Arties to be able to hit

This fit would still work with the AWU 2 you are currently training for, the only thing that you wont be able to fit is the t2 Shield Boost Amplifier, so switch to t1 for that one till you have Shield Management 5 and you are able to fly this boat right now.

What's adaptable about this fit is that it will work as well as a short range boat with ACs fitted, you can swap out the AB for extra resistance if you need (and become capstable as a bonus), the resists can ofc be tailored to the rats you are fighting (I never do, as this fit will tank nearly all L4 missions with ease, even if you fuck up), you can switch Capacitor Flux Coil out for an extra Gyro if you want more damage or for a Tracking Enhancer (better tracking and thus effectively more damage). It's mostly a choice of cap vs. damage vs. speed - tailor to personal taste and/or mission demand. But the fit above is the fit I have been doing my L4s in for ages.

If you really want to blow some money, get faction Invul Fields on it and get an even more über tank, but that will basically be overkill.

my skill plan will help me now i just finished setting it up and on the 5/5/2011 i will have all shield and armor and nealry all my skills to lvl5 and lvl4 and got 13skills books to put in 5days from now for my drones and my bill isk ship i am getting a min/gall bs
