Since I assume that alliance lead only tells rather than tries to reach any kind of agreement with the rest of the membership base?

The 8 is used in part to pay off the purchase of pnq station.
The 15 is supposed to cover a ship reimbursement program, which they haven't specified in the alliance forum.
The alliance has now about 600 members.
So assuming the 8 is used as earlier it would mean a income to replace ships of 4.2bn/month.
I'm just hoping that moral hazard won't come... but since it is human nature I'm sure it will.
For example, how will this 4.2bn pot be administrated?
Who decides what is a "offical" op? (since I assume it is only official ops that count).
Can any in alliance lead decide at any time what is official and not offical? What is to stop them from abusing the system by calling everything they are in offical ops and reimbursing any ship they lose in pvp from alliance funds?

When you get ceo access you should make sure they post important stuff like for example the ship reimbursement program and how they will prevent abuse of it. (no I don't trust them...)

it does semm they dont like sharing info with the "underlings" in their own corps or alliance, which in my opinion is how you get people willing to rip you off due to a two tier system maybe im just too used to our benevolant dictatorship (well Jon does like to think hes a dictator but hes a pussy cat really   )

So here´s the Summary:

Fee´s and reimbursement

All corporations (doesn´t matter T1/2 or 3) will have to pay 15mil/member/month (no other fees, so no 4 or 8 mil for t1 or t2).

Why is the fee 15 mil and not just 8 or 10?

It´s always easier to lower fees than to increase it. We will have a bit over 9bil for July with 15mil and will see how we do, how much ISK we really need for the reimbursement. We can always lower it from 15 to 10 or maybe beyond 10mil/member/month. But to give it decent start it will be done with 15mil.

But 15mil is too much, I have to pay 1,2bil! a month

Okay I see it looks as a huge amount of ISK.

Here some ways corporations in the alliance sort it out:

- Corp Taxrate 20%
- each member pays for his characters (with 2 accounts it takes less than 3hours/month for 6 characters to have the ISK)
- corp operation with ratting/mining/exploration (btw, 1 expedition = 500mil+, when you´re lucky and you get a core-x-type armor repper = 1,4-1,6bil)

start to work as a corporation and not a I must fill my own wallet I don´t do anything for my corp/alliance, clean up your playerbase like kick inactives, Jita characters must not be in the corp to buy stuff there.

Ok but we got a JB runing, means 2 large towers + the lo, we need the tax ISK to finance those towers!

Ok this is for the JB corporations, every corp will gain at least 1 Chromium (or equal) moon. With 1x Chromium you make arround 250mil/month just without creating a reaction. If it´s possible and we have enough we will try to get the corporations 2 Chromium or equal moons to have no costs for the JB towers.
Moons will be regiven in July.

Ok I see, it´s not that bad, so what exactly will be done with the 9bil the alliance gains?

The 9 bil will be for 2 things

a) to pay the concord bill to keep up the alliance (small amount of isk)
b) reimbursement programm

How will the reimbursement programm work?

If you loose a pvp fleetapproved ship in a PvP alliance ops you will gain ISK to compensate your loss.

This will be as following:

- T2 Ships will get shipcost+rigs
- T1 Ships will get either the ship or the ISK concord pays as insurance

But what if people want to make profit out of it?

If we find people who think that´s their chance to fit crap and make ISK out of shiplosses we will remove them from the alliance.
It´s easy to see and calculate how big your loss was, how much you got from the insurance and how much we have to reimburse.

It might happen 1 or 2 times, but we have an eagleye on the programm to make it a fair deal.

What if my skills aren´t good enough to fly a BS with the alliance requirements?

There´s always other ships needed:

- Interceptors
- Electronic Attack Ships
- ECM Ships (Blackbird, Scorpion, Rook, Falcon)
- Recons in generell (Curse, Lachesis, Rapier)
- Heavy Interdictors
- Interdictor

Bring one of theres if you can´t fly a fleetfit BS.

When exactly will ships be reimbursed?

Ships will be reimbursed when you got a official EZ FC with you in an EZ fleetops. It doesn´t matter if it´s POS Siege, Cap ops or roaming.

If you do funroaming with your corp or without EZ FC and you loose a ship it won´t be reimbursed.


JB Net

The current JB network is completed so far.
Future Systems to be connected:

Requested JB Systems: CL-BWB as it´s lots of people living there and it´s pretty hard to transfer stuff to pnq from there due to red traffic.

Ok to solve CL-BWB transport in the meanwhile, tell me when you hangars are going to get full and I´ll sort transport for you.

Do the JB´s need a special setup?

Yes, the JB must be set to take -> alliance. To do so go to manage on the tower -> structures -> access -> Jump Bridge -> take = alliance.
This will ensure that people are able to fill Liquid Ozone into the JB if needed. People will NOT BE ABLE to take any LO out of the bridge, they can only check how much is in it, and they will be able to put fuel in.

Standing Fleet

Standing Fleet Wing Setup:

- PvP
- PVE
- PLEX
- Mining

all filled with the maximum number of squads.

Latley it seems that lots of people don´t join the standing fleet, this has to change again, get into that fleet and move yourself to the right squad, it´s not hard and it can be very effective like yesterday when we saved Viper 7´s lazy arse for not watching the local.
CEO´s must make their member who are in Fountain to join the standing fleet.

Production & Market

When you order stuff from one of our industrial corporations don´t resell the stuff you have ordered for a higher price in Fountain market. Indu corps give you special alliance prices, don´t use them to make extra profit out of it! If this doesn´t work Indu corps will sell the stuff for Jita or a higher price just in the regular market and you won´t benefit anymore from them.

Ogaria POS

OMD will check for a better defense of the POS and put webs/ecm and a few more weapons on the tower if possible.

To make your travel with the JF safe:

- Don´t cyno when neuts are in system
- Cyno behind our POS in line with the station so your cap pilot can align to the station and aswell approaches the POS shield
- If possible have a carrier on standby to jump to Ogaria in case shit is about to happen
