Destroyer gangs?

Who is skilled for destroyers?

Who is skilled to T2 fit those destroyers?

Who thinks a small gang of well fit (ideally for alpha - and yes if I have to skill minnie for a thrasher and arty I will!!!0destroyers would be a good laugh to take out of an evening on a regular basis in either 0.0 (NPC 0.0 like Syndicate) or Lowsec near our hisec homes (Builders up there could build the ships, then we get them blown up :D)

The aim would be to survive or die gloriously and take as many people with us as possible, and generally have a blast doing it.

atm, destroyers is only at II, but aimed for V in the next 50 days, so guess i can move these skills forward and I will have it at V in a week / 8 days.
I can fit T2, but will have to play with EFT to see if fitting allows it.

Very much like the idea though!

training for the thrasher isnt the prob ofc, only 8 hours or so, but if you want to go for T2 arties, that will take a while longer. You can always go for small proj IV, which will take about 24h more...
if you use an Auxiliary Power Control you can fit 280mm 'scout's and do more dam than me mebbe. I cant use APCs yet, or I might have   :)

did a test and using 280 scouts i get 105 dps, 859 alpha but i have small proj V ofc (but surgical strike and rapid firing at IV and destroyer only at II, all skills at V give 129 dps - 1002 alpha)

I think t2 fit is not necessary, so if keeping that in mind we get more ppl to join in, hurray!
And I for one would really like some corp pvp fun, so hope we get more than 3 ppl to join in  :-\

Im pretty sure  odin is caldari destro V and he can def do a full T2 fit on one. How about a mix of Destro's and assault ships. Im pretty sure ive got a harpy and a hawk sitting around somewhere in odin's stash. I know they are a little more pricey than a Destro but Hey! if ur intending to risk throwing away a full T2 fit destro then an assault ship isnt really going to be much worse.  in for a penny in for a pound etc.

         1. Small Projectile Turret 5
         2. Small Artillery Specialization 1
         3. Minmatar Frigate 3+
         4. Sharpshooter 4+
   4. Tech 2 Cormorant (Easiest)
         1. Small Hybrid Turret 5
         2. Small Railgun Specialization 1+
         3. Caldari Frigate 3+

In addition, the following skills will be needed:

   1. Destroyers 3+
   2. Sharpshooter 3+
   3. Motion Prediction 3+
   4. Rapid Firing 3+
