I think hi-sec mining has changed a bit since the glory days of the first jihad. The Orca has arrived and now there are gangs of them hoovering up veld in 0.7 and above, or so I'm told.
Various tactics against the jihad : fit for the alpha strike, don't cry, insure, sacrifice the occasional alt. frigate to Concord so they hang around the belt.
Guess I'll start making those Armageddon BPCs I have lying around.
