In-game fleet thingy

Am certain the alliance uses one - any idea where to find one?

(I know agony use one too).

Its for like invites and organising fleets by modules fitted and things like that.

I've been remiss in listing what channels the alliance uses (too much todo and not enough time) - but I'll try to do it today.
