Setups for all races please.

Bombs finally hit my skill queue. I'll have then at IV or V by the time I get back. (I take it there is T2 launchers etc?)

No t2.
There are the void bombs which require 4 iirc (cap drain).

training to covops V for the damagebonuses (and scanning ones for covops) rather than the fitting bonus :)
going for bomb deployment IV and t2 torps after (500-600ish dps for a t2 torp-SB  :o)
