Hehe the russian pets threatened me when I was up there poking around.

They "claim" BRT and beyond for themselves. There were a few bubbles (one medium and 3 small) nothing that stopped you from warping into the system though only out) on the gate down towards GW. Didn't stay around long but most likely ratters and miners there with combat ships at poses.

I suggest we take it easy till we get a good idea of what is going on. I won't advocate basing (hauling a lot of our assets there) in V-I if we are at risk of getting kicked out of there in a week. We don't know who or what VIP is. They are bigger than us, are probably more active than us, got more experience in PvP, etc. Plus who knows what bonds they got with the rest of ER?
I suggest a little more humble stance till we are there for a few weeks and get better bearings of the local situation.
