PvE Hurri

[Warcold]

With lvl 2-3 missions coming up, I went over the Hurricane again.
Based on Hrod's ratting design, but with CCCs now being affordable (4M in jita), I was able to free up some mid slots for some other mods.
Not a surprising fit, but being capstable is new to me, couldnt resist sharing it with you

yeah, i will change resists, as most missions need EM and Therm, my first mission was against EoM, which are Kin/Therm, is why

my L4 Phoon made me see ACs on slower boats suck in missions, so went the arty way
and small drones to deal with frigs, as cruisers are easier prey for my guns
