Arbitrator - Potential Anti-Frigate Fit

Been toying with this for an Arbitrator.  No guns, but when the mwd isnt being used and I am nossing its cap stable :)



May load one of these up and get someone to volunteer to be a test subject :)

It would be interesting to see how long one of my punishers could live when faced by something like this. :)
I was looking at the arbi a while ago but ended up on omen instead as i was lacking on drone and cap sucker skills...
