Title: cost of setting up a guild
Post by: Keggi on September 09, 2008, 11:39:31 PM
asked around about this and..................................

50 silver to register

you can buy banners for your guild at 2gold each dont think you need them straight away and from CB they play some role in RvR but we can look into this later.

Excellent news - silver is very easy to come by so it seems :)

Been checking out guild system in game - looks pretty cool. Vaults, inns, alliances etc - pretty cool really.

from what i gather about banners is that one guildie is the standard bearer carrying it into combat, banner has abilities depending on trophies attached and guild rank.

whilst being carried bearer cannot take part in combat, however it can be planted in the ground freeing up the bearer but making it an easier target for the enemy.

10 gold really isnt that much my lvl 7 dwarf engineer has 2g already so thats pretty easy to achieve between the 6 founders unless scavenging and only keeping the talisman stuff is what makes it lucrative ;)

I like the whole 'automatically deposit into the guild bank' thing.
