Sounds very nice imo.

I came. Really.
/me wipes up.
Now on a serious note - about bloody time! This will finally put an end to alarm clock skill training!

Aye :)
They're talking about implementing a planner also - they appear pretty fixed on the 24 hour limit - imho it's a little short.
The dev comments suggest that it won't be 100% accurate in reflecting the training time when learning skills are involved - probably an oversight in their plan.
Depending on how far down the line they are - it might get fixed in time (or not).
My biggest gripe is with dependant skills - you can only plan skills that you know - so you can't have Small Hybred V followed by Small Hybred Spec I.
You can however stack the same skill - so you can plan lvl 1 to lvl 3.
They've updated the mockup:

Being given a (not 'the', mind!) finger, wanting the whole hand? ;)

heh - something like that - it's just on my alts I find myself training up something only to be able to plug the next skill in.
I've suggested an approach that would work - if it gets the interest of the devs or enough support then it might be a way to have skills with dependancies into the queue.
I'm not holding my breath though. :)

I'm lazy give me a link so I can read and add my unswerving support ;)

There's actually a very simple way to implement the use of skill books.
Give the queue 5 slots and allow the drag and drop of skill books into it.
The book moves from your hanger into the slot and can then be used in the plan.
If you wanna take it out - you can either drag it back to your hanger (in which case if it's queued it's removed) or treat them like rigs (you can't take them out).
