What's the score with the Warp Disruption Field Generator? Can they be used in High/Low sec?

According to that you can use it with a script so only single target outside of 0.0.

Peo and the link he posted are right on the money. HIC's can only bubble in 0.0, otherwise its script work everywhere else.

The ships look pretty decent.  We've a storm here that's messing with the power/phone - but if it improves I'll see if I can get one setup for the ganking tonight.

Great tanks, average dps, always called primary. Not much use for small gang work in all honesty (the way the bubble works, you can't "burn out of it" to get safe, and it's a big sign around your neck).
Good for fleets, esp with a cloak.
