Title: Leader Change: Rubino to be General

Hey

After some chats between Rubino and I, he is taking over the day to day of Hands of Justice in WAR. Mainly because those of you left playing properly do not need a semi-absentee leader, who has EVE on his mind alot more, but rather someone like Rubino who is very active in the game.

I'll still be playing WAR, but under Rubino's leadership and I hope you'll all follow him as you have me to this point. I'll still be maintaining the site and forums as we arent just in WAR now are we :D

good call, rub has been one of the most active in organizing things and stuff

i wont resub just now (ends today) but mebbe a bit later, when i got a job again
i will of course be in EVE still and in these forums
