I used to use this:

PDF made by the site owner, Ombey. Lists all regions and various info for each system in a handy selection of maps.

Now I use this book:

Nice flip book with good handy maps on them :)

I think my gf will call the mental hospital when she sees that, so I will just keep on using the pdf...
