There are some very handy Jewelry items in the game.
So far the best I have seen, collected and now use are:

A 2 piece set gives: 10% chance of lowering targets resists (all) by 5/level
A 3 piece gives: 25% chance of removing 50 Morale from attacker
While I'm not sure how to test if it procs - the overall resists it gives are really decent and it feels like the 2 piece set is proc'ing. I appear to be doing more dmg.
Each item adds 104, 89 & 178 resists - with the resist type rotating on each item.
A full set will therefore give 104+89+178 = 371 resist for Elemental, Corp and Spirit.
