Guide from tentonhammer/WAR-Europe site:

Good reading, explained some stuff to me.

So you've got to;
- Push the front to a fortress.
- Take the fortress within an hour of the zone opening.
- Push the front to another fortress.
- Take the fortress within an hour of the zone opening, and within 12 hours of the previous fortress take.
- Lock the capital city zone (no time limit is stated for this).
- Complete two 'difficult' PQs involving killing a 'prestige' NPC each.
- Drop the king within 24 hours.
Sounds hard as hell. I can't see it happening unless one side is caught flatfooted, or massive population imbalance exists. Taking a fortress within the space of an hour is a pretty big sticking point I think, and if you fail during the course of that hour - the entire racial conflict is set back to square 1 :O
I can't see Order on Karak-Hirn acheiving this, am I being too pessimistic?

Would this require the level of cooperation of the big EVE Online corporate infiltration stuff that happened a few years ago? (I love that story. I wish I'd kept a link to a good recap of it.) So not just guilds within an alliance, but several alliances coordinating?

Yes, it really would need huge organisation on a massive level for Order to do this (Infact I wonder has any Order anywhere done it yet - to the WHAMobile!)
As for the EVE heist you mean this one? (http://eve.klaki.net/heist/)

Are there any alliances that have been around long enough to have this level of organisation even internally? I suppose you're looking for alliances used to working together, then several well-established alliances building links.
(I'm intrigued by the player-created infrastructure that would need to be built up. This sort of thing fascinates me.)

Mwahaha, that's it. See above.
