So what happens when you have 25 mastery points and hit lvl 40?
Do continue to get mastery points? or is it just respeccing now and then?

Judging from wardb career builder tool, you can get up to 30 mastery points (or maybe 29, the tool was changed recently). 25 for lvl 40 and another 5 from renown - first point for RR 40 and then one point every 10 ranks.

I think the 1st point is from RR 60

Then another at 65, 70, 75 and 80.

I read something somewhere that said you get a point in ALL the trees when you hit RR 80,   no idea if that is the case!
