YES!

Didn't check how far through rank 14 we got - last night make much of a dent in it? Surely wardb can't be right, it says we're 87% of the way through the rank!

Oh right so the reason we don't get the emblem displayed is cause we're only rank 14? I assumed it was just another game bug that emblems don't display on keep claims. Rank 15's sposed to be about the cloak, not the banner as a whole. Oh wells. Roll on 15 (I really can't wait for it lol).

Saw this on WHA, it could be why when we claimed even for a short time we didnt get much guild xp as there wasnt much fighting close to the keep - although it was hectic still within banner buff range, which I imagine is the xp range too...
