Got it a few hours ago and its awesome! Offline and Online (although ive had to disable 12yr old xbox kids from raging on voice!).

Its not a pure racing game. Ive spent the morning smashing cars up and doing little fastnfurious style challenges and ramming other cars off the road.

Its free though so ;)
