Title: New Minnie Ship inbound

basically CCP and deviantart ran a contest to design a ship to be added into EVE.

These are the winners:

The 1st place one is obviously minnie - and designed by one of scrapheaps minnie supporters too.  Fingers crossed they squeeze it into the next expac and not as a limited availability ship :)

Maybe I like the 2nd place ship even more though... Tough call...

Hmm, just looked at the semi-finalists. Like the Atlas very much too, although not very EVE-like...

Some of the finalists had to be added in at the last minute.  Originally the DA guys chose the finalists, but EVEO went WTF at some of the entries (some were awful and yet got picked on artistic merit by the DA chaps) and CCP steped in and advised DA on those that would be possible and those that were shit/pissed off the "community" and in the end the one a fair few folks liked the most won (he was a replacement finalist).

Maybe I need to max out minie BS to V after Minnie cruiser V is done.
