Bought this for cheap on steam with some DLC and Victoria 1. 

Quite good, the time period isnt one I have looked at, but the opportunity to run an alternate history from the start of the industrial revolution is pretty cool :)

Bought vicky2 as well, but from gamersgate...
Doesn't work on my computer for some inexplicable reason... suspect xp64 (would be the first game to not work though...)

Vicky1 is good fun though.
