This bunch live near our ops in GW and via the alliance have asked to chat with us about forging friendship etc, dropped their CEO a line asking him to chat with me on Mangala since thats my main. Could just be that they have towers or what not nearby and what the sort of look our for each others shit etc - handy, but obviously only if they are blue to the locals (most likely are).
Name of the guy i messaged is Dentai Raven if anyone else needs to keep an eye out.
