That is seriously messed up.
Tragic someone got killed, but I can't imagine what that woman is going through.

Its the way she gets told to do it basically that gets me, no warning shot (but hey he may have had a wepon and it may have escalted if she did that) etc, by the dispatcher, and then of course how she is after she did it, ive developed a hardskin in my time on the interwebtubes, but that really got through.

In Holland, if someone enters my home and I @#!4&!4%^ his ass up (let's assume I could for the sake of the argument), I'd actually be prosecuted. The same goes for Dutch police officers that actually shoot at someone, who's shooting at them first. That is some @#!4&!4%^ up @#!4&!4%^. Seriously. You enter MY home with the intent to either steal my @#!4&!4%^ or hurt me. I defend myself or my property and then I am the one that's in trouble? You pull a knife on me and end up getting yourself killed. And then I get sued? Hell no. THAT is messed up.
The dude in the audio was trespassing on the woman's property. The dude proceeded to try and actually enter her home. We don't even live there and I bet most of us will know that in America a) 'EVERYONE' has a gun and b) trespassing and burglary gets your ass shot. Period. The dude knew what he was getting into. If he wanted to live, he should have stayed the @#!4&!4%^away from her house. He had no business being there.
Or he should have just come to Holland, which is pretty much a murderer's paradise. Less people have guns and we're not allowed to defend ourselves. It's especially lucrative if you're a first time offender, you'll be out in no time so you can strike again. And meanwhile we'll even get you a nice tv, fridge and playstation in your cell room.

i feel your anger and agree matey boy.
in UK we are allowed to use "appropriate force" whatever the fuck that means. There was one case i remember where a farmer (who we all know keep shotguns) blasted a burglar and had to pay him (the burglar) compensation for doing so. Its all stupid.

Tony Martin. Apparently his guns were illegal - thats why he got banged up, but then the silly gypo's he shot sued him. :(
