Been mulling training for 3 races (maybe even all 4) wjile Im away...

A good idea - especially considering future WH goodness, or what?  Any other excellent uses i could use them for?

Unless they are boosted black ops ships are mostly useful to bridge in SB gangs. But if lacking other stuff sure haha :)

I figure using them as part of hit and fade groups made solely of Coverts: Stealths, Recons, T3 & the BO BS of course.

A couple of BS as the bridge and even "bait", several racial covert recons, a couple of covert ops as scouts and then a goodly number of SB's to really put hurt on people.

*At an alliance level obviously.
