The Devs keep insisting it isnt a rip off of WoW, but I think they are just doing an ostrich and hiding from any lawyers.

(Am not playing this - got a beta email via fileplanet and looked it up)

It doesnt look like a wow rip off to me. More like a wow and war ripoff. :)

Just how hard can Blizzard smash down on this with a lawsuit?

The funniest part is that no matter what posters on their forum criticise on their forum for the similarities, the Devs ALWAYS respond as if it had been a UI complaint. Always.

"Ashteroth sounds like Azeroth" - "yes, but why should we move the minimap to a different part of the screen? No fun!"
