Did a quick check.
We would have to build the following parts (some are done due to the carrier which has halted a bit)

2x Capacitor batteries
36x Cargo bay
9x construction parts

The cost at market value of minerals is totally ~330m, with the current mineral purchase prices the cost is ~263m. (haven't included the cost of bpcs but that's probably around 50m)
