i know in the context of microtransactions in CO its things like costume parts/ non combat pets etc all of which can be gained in game through hard work, but the transactions are to cater for the lazy and have no impact on the game mechanics.

i see these as becoming a thing we shall see in most MMOs as subscriptions havent really changed in the past 5 years so companies need to find other ways to make cash, are they really any different than "premium services" already in?


but amen for SOE getting 1st spot for fecking up SWG and pissing off the playerbase :D
