Mangs when you are on could you get some clarifications from MD and the other in alliance lead on these fleets.
Why start two competing kinds of fleets?
And wouldn't my idea in that case be better with a standing pvp fleet where everyone signs up for X amount of hours a week be better?
Since it is getting rather silly with this all.
If they want to have a standing pvp fleet they should make one and plan from that rather than having several "regular" "navy" whatever they name them to scramble when hostiles come (which is all the time).

But I'll make enquiries as it seems annoying - why not just use the standing fleet pvp groups for this as thats what they are in effect.

Personally I can't see a difference between the two groups they want to form.
One "pvp regular" and one "fleet" the first seems to be for good skills and the second for everyone true. But both seems to be basically 100% pvp since there are ALWAYS hostiles about.
When will people who join either have time to get cash to fund the pvp?
Or do they expect everyone else to do that?
