Glad I found this, finally makes sense.
(Useful given thera is 15 days off a JF....)

Skills required:
Electronics V;
Cynosaural Field Theory (Higher the better as you use less Liquid Ozone to light the cyno);
Covert cyno if you are are jumping Blackops, Covops, Recons or Bloackade Runners.

The biggest problem is really the placement at stations. At a pos iirc a decent position is about 2.5km out which is easy to measure with the combat overlay.
