Diedre came top - about time, he is pretty damn sound and iirc is THE guy in EVE University.

However I get a feel that DV, Mazz, Vuk and Larkonis all got their small number of votes from their respective blocks (EU, PL and renters, NC etc etc etc)

Couldn't bring myself to vote for anyone to be honest. Tried to read their agendas but most seemed well, crap.
Also Mazz is way to young to have any position like that imo, 21 years and seems rather immature.

I have a feeling that Mazz will discuss everything within her alliance command, get he impression that she ran on their behalf almost.

Quite likely but doubt that is much different from anyone else from any kind of block (which probably is why the empire industrialists seems to have a party).
Nothing wrong really in that, apart from the small thing: Is really PL/SoT interests My interests?
