Title: Z30, Toaster II

To save a bit on resources needed to keep POS online, I temporarily put Toaster II offline. Toaster I is still online, so manufacturing at POS is still possible.
All blueprints, minerals etc. were shifted to either Toaster I or Little Toaster I
