Im not sure what the point is, either.  It sounds like they want to encourage ( force? ) people in to playing in the expansions that they created for specific levels.  It cant be for money because you already have to buy the expansion before you can advance into those levels.  It sounds as if they have a preferred way they want people to play their game.  This is contrary to the idea that the MMO is an open game which is built on a risk vs reward system. 

Under their new rules, an 80 in Northrend will give you 10% the experience of an 80 in Cata despite how comprable their difficulty might be.  I dont like it and it feels like they are trying to tell me how to play.

Sounds like bullshit to me.  What if I dont want to participate in the Cata cattle call? If Im paying the same amount every month, why do they care where I do my leveling?

Most of my time is spent on other characters which are not in the corp.  I've been working to get six chars trained and with standing for research.  Not sure why.  Something to do.

My two mains only login to cash out RP points and haul datacores.

Just seen on MMO champ that xp for 71-80 is being reduced by 20% come 4.0.3a. Good new for my 70 shammie!

Reduced?  Jesus.  My girl and I swam through 72 - 80 with casual playing in less then a month.  They might as well just let you create a character at level 80.

sweet.  I  can make the fattest man in eve now.   I had Rexor the fat Jedi in SWG.  Now i can make Rexorr the Fat pod pilot.  I may end up being the only one because no one likes making their characters fat in games.  I guess I am just unique that way.

Just make sure to get that goofy grin in there.

The funniest thing about Ewoks is during the rogue Rogue Wraith squadron novels, Wedge Antilles sets out misnformation about an ace X-wing Ewok pilot, and eventually has to act it out (using a stuffed ewok id like to add)
