so recently i have been receiving emails from blizzard saying "too many attempts warning" as the email header so me thinking these were phising emails i binned them.
anyway i go to log into my account and up pops "too many attempts warning".

so it seems someone is trying to brute-force my account needless to say i have now changed all my login details and have a authenticator anyway.

so if you get one of these emails its probably genuine but still go to your account yourself and not click any links.

so i got an email from play this morning a marketing company they use was hacked and lots of email addresses taken so if you use play be on the lookout for phishing emails and such.

those who are going to play this are we going to start a guild or join a guild(maybe pandion knights) only asking as the official site now has a guild tab on the forums where you can reserve your guild name and the like.

General Gaming / whatever happened to...

the general gaming forum

anyway i saw rift planes of telara mentioned in that forum at some point so my question is .

anybody trying it i see a launch date of 4th of march in the E.U im tempted but missed 2 beta invites so far so anybody got any thoughts on it.

you can pre-order it electronically on the games website and you get automatic invites to any remaining beta events.

is now downloading via the background downloader from what i have being reading there is one more before cata release patch 4.0.1.

so could be all the guesses that ppl are making of a first week in november release could be about right, i know 4.0.1 is on the ptr now.

patch size 1.74gig

hi mate

i have noticed for the last 3 days a hunter named deaimator from the horned fist at fjorn's anvil killing the fire elementals i have noticed him there on several occasions and at different times of the day while im doing the daily's there and am tempted to report him as a bot.

but if you can confirm this is not the case i will leave it.

i know some crazy people can farm for hours thats why im asking:)

ok who ninja'd the quests in bree and bree land?

got there on my LM and found no talk to smiths quest,no talk to ghost quest. no egg and biscuit quest outside the prancing pony.

so go off to adso's and not one quest there.

what gives guys?
