Each team has a commander that plays from a top down strategy view and places structures and resources. Which can make the game very fun if people work together or very horrible if you have a poop team.

If you like Tropico, you'll like this. If you don't like tropico, don't bother with this. From the reviews and demo it seems not to be very challenging, but I enjoy building assets and playing the campaign. (gifted)

As long as I can play with anyone no matter what 'server' they're on, I'm happy. Of course I'll be happier if I have some hardware that can actually run the game by that time.
