Shoulder mounted guns? Seriously? Arm-operated ACs all the way!

A first step, but nowhere near what I would like to own... 10 kph max? Missiles that hit targets 'from time to time'? I'll save up some more cash and time and buy a mech that can walk!
And needs more heatsinks!
