I am of the thought we need a 2nd office - 7 more hangars would be a boost.

Keep current office as our memberbase, and use a 2nd as the place for all ore's, minerals and manufacturing to be based out of?

Would make some of the logistics a little easier to handle.  I may look around Anttiri later or even Suroken (Thera has better refines with the Caldari Navy who have several stations there) for cheap prices. (We pay 40k a month at mo for 1 office, so not expensive at all!)

Cheapest Navy station was in Suroken at 1.3mill a month.
At the Navy Station in Haatomo it was 5mill a month.

Found another Spacelane office in Iskesu - 10,000 a month
Isikesu I - Moon I - Spacelane Patrol Losgistic Support  (It has a clone facility)
Has NO manufacturing facilities.

Tama is hell.  Lowsec (not so bad), jump off point and trenchline for Faction Warfare. Gate is camped nearly 23 hours a day by either Caldari or Gallente Militia, and both sides are paranoid about spies so shoot most anything coming through. Given the prevalaence of targets there, local low-sec types love being there too.

For Caps like Freighters & the Orca construction can be done in Hisec at existing facilites (I went and found this out!), carriers can be built in lowsec stations, its the next lot of Caps after that that need POS's with Arrays and such. 

As for BP research.  Simud Solaris has been created, he will become CEO of the POS/Research corp Mangala will have setup by this time tomorrow, within the week a tower will be up in Caldari space, close to Anttiri (More said once its done) once standings have taken hold.
