Houses and apartments in the Nordic countries are quite a bit more expensive than than buildings in Netherlands or England.
Houses maybe. The lot itself - not so sure. Dependent on location ofc.
And (in Holland anyways) double glazing being used already. Since 40 years or so
Our (1930's) house also has double glazing, bar two small windows (which we will have replaced by doubles in the next couple of years).
As for triple glazing... yeah... ok... useful... especially when it regularly gets below -30 C (i.e. not likely to happen here).
But then again, central heating -> no balls freezing off ever.
