Seems i missed the warnings yesterday so it ran out of fuel around midnight between yesterday and today.

Tbh towers mails should be able to show in actual mails and not notifications as I rarely check them on any character, and miss so much that way.

In theory anyone with starbase fuel tech should get them, but it doesnt always work like that
