Book 1 of Epic Book 2 starts at the small dwarven camp near the pass that leads to Moria, id advise those at 50 to head there and start down this road ASAP even before doing any of Eregions many quests (once you reach chapter 10 ish youll see why its beneficial to do this first ;) )

Started it at 46. Got my new toy, currently working my through the rest of the book.
