Is cap stable with one armour repairer running, the second one is for situations where one just isn't enough.  This fitting can solo every level 4 mission with the exception of the bonus room of Angel Extravaganza.  The fitting is fairly tight, but the webber is optional as is the second armour repairer for lower level missions and most level 4 missions.
