We have 30 days to twink our free trials to the eyeballs.

I'll be using beo to hit the Ah and farm gear for us if needed to do this.  I reckon a twinked group would be fun - lots of possible subscriber tears!

Heh, and here I was planning on activating my account for a month, so that I could craft a crapton of potions and gems for my free toon(s) ;D

For twinking everything else will be fairly easy (get full supperior quality gear from the PvP rewards and public quests (if we choose to run them)), but shoulders will be the hard part (and helmets nearly impossible; there are some hats dropping for level 11, but they are ultra rare I think).

Seems the +47 Int gem Beo sent to my RP will be sent back to be auctioned off... The gem requires a "special gem slot", which will apparently found only on weapons from the Land of the Dead.

Too bad really, although the gem did seem too good to be true :p


In other news, the blue gems Beosvir has sent to my RP has been put into good use. Having now (at rank 8 ) full PvP gear (minus cloak, shoulders and hat of course) and gemmed with the excellent gems (+11 INT, +7 WP and +6 Toughness) really does make a difference; when you have a choppa beating you for all he is worth and all you do is heal others and just keep a HoT running on yourself (and detaunt the choppa, of course) you know things are *good* when you hardly notice that annoying greenskin ;D   However, need to visit the starter area again to buy those "bubble" potions, they are damn excellent escape potions (absorbs 250 damage, on a different cooldown from healing potions) when I stick myself into too sticky places (the feeling of being immortal sadly tends to lead to that too often :( ).

Shame about those item then :(

I'll stick to gems and gear for our characters. I'll keep an eye out for helms on Beo too.

Will also get some pve time in on my Bright Wizard, may get some random drops that he can pass down to us.

i got a helmet drop in rvr (cant remember scenario or orvr), havent seen shoulders or cloaks yet though...
