Location: Behind the Libary in Altdolf is a alley. Go down it and through the door at the end.
You will then go down some stairs into a basement. Heres the WARDB Link

Other Info: Kill the cultists in the basement first. As soon as you have chance click the large
mirror to start the quest. After killing the horrors smash the mirror. Then its loot time!
